Academic Programs
The Faculty of Informatics offers under-graduate and graduate programs. While the undergraduate programs are only offered in German, the graduate courses are offered exclusively in English. The graduate programs currently have about 120 international students - all pursuing Master programs in the field of Computer Science.
The key premise of our study model is transfer of relevant knowledge and its application to practice. This association of knowledge to practice is the most important qualitative trait of our model and is fostered throughout the entire course of studies; it provides an intense and successful preparation of our students for their professional lives
The faculty of informatics has two graduate programs which are offered in English
Master of Science (Informatics)
Master of Science (Informatics) is a main stream program offered to students who have the requisite computer education to cope with the rigors of understanding the advanced concepts of master course. The course schedule is for 18 consecutive months - full time.

Master of Computer Science (Informatics)
Master of Computer Science (Informatics) is a program designed to accommodate the non-computer science graduates into the mainstream master course by providing necessary basics before starting the advanced computer science concepts. The course is scheduled for 18 months non-consecutive - full time.
